How does the yearly plan work?
You pay once a year. The plan renews each year until you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Cancel any time from the dashboard or by email.
Can I just buy one year?
Yes. Cancel after you sign up and your dashboard stays available until the year ends. You will not be charged again.
How often does the data change?
The city publishes new energy filings about once a year. Your dashboard updates then, and we email you what changed. In between, the page stays as it is, ready to export.
Can I download a PDF?
Any time, as many times as you like, from the dashboard.
How accurate is it?
It is a planning estimate from each building's own energy filing, not the city's official number. The method page shows every step.
Who can see my dashboard?
Only people you share the link with. It is not listed or searchable.
